Hi, my name is Erin LoPorto,
I am not a therapist. I don’t believe there is some magic key in your past that will set you free.
I am not your typical coach. I don’t believe reaching your next goal in record time is the key to lasting happiness.
Yes! I think you’re capable of achieving your goals – and more!
But most people set goals in a way that says:
Me, now = not good enough.

I am an embodiment coach. I support folks, like you, to heal their relationship with their self, their body and their past. I hold with them, their inspired vision for the future. I teach presence. And how to listen to the body’s wisdom and move towards that vision in the most peaceful and powerful way.
Imagine what you might reach for if you knew no matter what, you would be supported, respected, reminded that you are capable and worthy, and given the time and space to do it your way.

Healing Trauma
Do you feel like you are hiding a darkness you have to protect the world from? Do you feel like something is wrong with you?Have you been diagnosed with PTSD, depression, anxiety, an eating disorder or ADHD?
Trauma is not what happened to you. It is what happens in you. It is anything that changes the way you relate to yourself or the world. Often bad bahaviors, disorders or failures to launch are nautral responses (self-protection) to unnatural experiences. In trauma, we recognize developmental or “little t” trauma as the repetitive occurrences like harassment, being under-minded, neglected, or told hurtful things about your sex, race, or identity. “Little t” trauma also includes life stressors like loss, breakups, and minor injuries. There are also “big t traumas”: life-threatening events, accidents, and violence. No matter what happened, trauma lives in the body and affects our world view. But it can be healed and we can grow new strengths through the healing process.
