The ball pictured above is only 4″ in diameter… but it holds some of my biggest dreams.  Every time I see it – I recall what I wrote on those little scraps of paper.  It’s the newest part of my new year’s ritual.

The first time I welcomed in the New Year with some sort of intentionality was purely by accident.  I thought I went to Kripalu to dance all weekend – but the chanting, meditation, kirtan and burning rituals I witnessed touched me deeply and have evolved into my own annual tradition.
